Is this you?
You've tried the planners, the productivity systems, the alarms. They work for about a week. Then the guilt comes back. You're not lazy. You're not broken. Your brain just needs different conditions — and nobody ever taught you what those were.
"★★★★★ I've bought a lot of courses over the years and most of them made me feel more behind. This felt completely different. By Day 2 I genuinely understood something about myself that I'd never been able to put into words."
— Rachel M., marketing managerFive days. One gentle reset.
This isn't a course that asks a lot of you. Each day takes 10–15 minutes and gives you something you can actually use.
Day one · ~12 min
Understand why focus has felt so hard — and release the self-blame that's been quietly getting in the way. We start here because nothing else lands until this shifts. You'll come away understanding that your struggles with focus are not a character flaw — they're the predictable result of working without the conditions your brain needs.
Day two · ~15 min
Learn the four conditions your brain needs to focus. Once you know them, everything makes more sense. The Calm Focus Method — Regulation, Clarity, Support, and Gentle Structure. When these are present, focus becomes possible. When they're absent, it doesn't matter how motivated you are.
Day three · ~10 min
Discover the Safe Start method — a way to begin tasks that removes the emotional weight before you even open the document. Starting is often the hardest part for ADHD brains. This day gives you a practical, repeatable approach to that moment of paralysis — one that works with your nervous system rather than trying to override it.
Day four · ~12 min
Understand why working alongside others changes everything for ADHD brains — and how to use this even when you're working from home. Body doubling — working in the calm presence of another person — is one of the most effective and underused tools available. This day explains why it works and gives you ways to access it right now.
Day five · ~15 min
Move away from push-crash productivity and start designing a way of working you can actually maintain. This final day brings everything together into a personal framework you can return to whenever the fog comes back. Because the goal isn't to fix yourself once — it's to understand yourself well enough to keep showing up.
How it works
No apps to download. No portals to log into. No faff before you even begin. The course reaches you simply and gently, where you already are.
One warm, focused email per day. One clear idea. One gentle activity. Read it with a cup of tea in around fifteen minutes.
Every email links to the complete course — audio, worksheets, and expanded guidance for when you want to go deeper. No account needed.
The course is yours to revisit whenever you need it. Come back to Day 3 on a hard week. Reread Day 1 when the self-criticism creeps in.
Why I made this
I was capable, I cared deeply about my work, and I still couldn't make myself focus when it mattered. I tried every system going. What eventually helped wasn't a better planner — it was finally understanding how my brain actually worked.
Like many women, I was late-diagnosed with ADHD. Before the diagnosis came years of self-blame, burnout, and the quiet exhaustion of constantly over-efforting just to keep up.
The Focused Woman Collective exists because that understanding shouldn't take years to find. If you're a high-achieving woman who suspects there's something different about how you work best, this is the place to start.

What women say
"I've bought a lot of courses over the years and most of them made me feel more behind. This felt completely different. By Day 2 I genuinely understood something about myself that I'd never been able to put into words. I did the whole thing in a week and I've already recommended it to three people."

Questions
Not at all. This is for any high-achieving woman who struggles with focus, overwhelm, or inconsistent productivity — whether diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply curious about why work feels harder than it should.
Each daily email takes around 10–15 minutes to read and work through. The full course has more depth if you want it — but it's always optional. You'll get real value from the emails alone.
After payment you'll be asked to confirm your name and email. Your first lesson arrives within a few minutes. One calm email each day for five days, with a link to the full course included in each one. No app, no login — just your inbox.
The course content is yours to keep and revisit whenever you need it. You'll also be on the Collective list, so you'll hear first when new courses, group focus sessions, and 1:1 body doubling sessions become available.
Because this is a digital course delivered by email, we're not able to offer refunds once content has been sent. If something has gone wrong on our end, please email hello@focusedwomancollective.com and we'll make it right.
