Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD?

Not at all. This is for any high-achieving woman who struggles with focus, overwhelm, or inconsistent productivity — whether diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply curious about why work feels harder than it should.

How much time does it take each day?

Each daily email takes around 10–15 minutes to read and work through. The full course has more depth if you want it — but it's always optional. You'll get real value from the emails alone.

How is the course delivered?

After payment you'll be asked to confirm your name and email. Your first lesson arrives within a few minutes. One calm email each day for five days, with a link to the full course included in each one. No app, no login — just your inbox.

What happens after the five days?
